The location was excellent with a great view of the Wilder Kaiser. Room very good. Restaurant was fine too. Parking lot top! Order and cleanliness can be seen and seen. Nice entrance area. Swimming pool area in order. Sauna at first glance but also see below.
At breakfast I would have liked to have more cleanliness and order in the breakfast room. The tables were still full of dirty dishes. Besides, it would have been nice if someone had taken care of me when I entered the room. to show me the way etc. Sauna area unfortunately only one

Extensive selection of fresh dishes for breakfast. Coffee with service at the table or self-service at the machine (e.g. crema). Generously equipped breakfast area in a pleasant Bavarian style. The hotel is located on a small local road and only a few minutes' drive from the Rosenheim - Kiefersfelden motorway. Parking lot situation very good. Also suitable for coaches. Guestrooms are solidly decorated and more than adequate in comfort. Balcony with seating. PLUS for smokers: an ashtray on the balcony table. Family atmosphere through long-term management of the Astl family.
We are long-time guests in this hotel. In the evening we had an à-la-carte dinner with our group in the restaurant. Food selection, price relation and quality good. However, for the first (and hopefully last) time we had a waiter who spoiled our mood. We did not feel well.

We enjoyed the cozy rooms and the delicious breakfast with freshly squeezed juice. The location near the ski slopes was perfect and the view from the room was breathtaking. We loved the romantic atmosphere of the hotel, with candles and flowers in the room.
The hotel was quite noisy during the night, and the walls were very thin, we could hear everything happening in the neighboring rooms. The staff was not very friendly and helpful, and there were additional charges for amenities such as the internet and pool towels. we found the hotel to be overpriced for the quality of the experience.

Breakfast was just great. A large selection of homemade jams, various bread rolls, a varied selection of sausages, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs with ham and sausages, fresh juice, muesli in all variations, etc. It doesn't get any better than this. We booked HP in the accommodation and were not disappointed. Every evening a varied and very tasty buffet. From antipasti, fish and a big salad buffet over various warm main courses as for example Tafelspitz, grilled fish, schnitzel etc. up to the dessert of the various self-made cakes, fresh fruits and other desserts but also a cheese selection. Simply super. The staff at the reception as also in the restaurant was very friendly and helpful. We would like to come again.
In the corridor there were several wet spots that needed to be restored urgently, this did not affect our stay, but it looked unattractive.

The breakfast was great with a lot of options and the staff were friendly and welcoming. the hotel was in a convenient location, close to the ski station and there was a supermarket nearby. the swimming pool area was nice and had a jet trainer which was fun to use.
The room we had was quite small and the decor was plain and uninteresting. the wifi was not included in the room rate and was quite expensive for a poor connection.

This family owned hotel has excellent staff, very helpful. We stayed at the hotel with our 3 children. There were a nice playground in the garden and the children enjoyed the indoor pool. The staff let us borrow bikes for the whole family so we were able to go in a very nice bikeride in the area. One lady in the staff went home to get a helmet for our child when the staff noticed that they were out of helmets, that proves that they are very urgent to provide good service to the hotel guests. The hotel has a nice restaurant and a bar with poletable. Also the hotel has a nice spa-area with different saunas, showers and massage chairs.

The hotel had large family suites for a reasonable price. It was clean and breakfast was good as well. I did not use the pool as I was only there one night.
It is a somwhat dated property, but no issues.

A great hotel for families and skiing enthusiasts with a location that is very convenient to the slopes and a small supermarket nearby. the buffet-style breakfast options were varied and overall meals offered a good selection of food and drinks. the swimming pool was spacious and had helpful exercise features that not all hotels provide. the hotel had a great selection of toys that the children could access for free.
While most staff members were welcoming and interactive, some did not offer the same level of service.

Very friendly and helpful staff, availability of Skipass for Skiwelt Austria in good prices, breakfast ok, nice wellness area
quite far to Hocheck ski area (rather by car only) , skibus for Skiwelt Austria only once a day, not much to do with kids in the hotel, location outside of village, silvester dinner was poor and expensive

I had a great stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, particularly the spacious pool area that provided a relaxing escape. Additionally, the location was perfect for hitting the slopes, and transportation was readily available. I also appreciated the delicious breakfast buffet with a variety of options to choose from.
There was nothing I didn't like.
